We hope to provide information to residents of the area and visitors about regular and special activities. The site will be updated regularly, so please visit often.
The Local Service District (LSD), with its population of 3,000 people, is located next to the city of Fredericton, the capital of New Brunswick and is mainly forest land, farming, rural residents, small businesses and a few larger industries such as the Mactaquac Hydroelectric Dam, the Mactaquac Fish Culture Station and the Kingsclear Forest Tree Nursery. It also has a number of attractions in the District or nearby, including the Mactaquac Provincial Park, the
Mactaquac Golf Course,
Kings Landing Historical Settlement and Woolastook Park.

Note: The area of Kingsclear LSD for Trius Disposal garbage purposes begins at Fredericton City limites and includes Islandview to Longscreek, out Rte 3 only as far as the 4-lane highway and the Mazerolle Settlement Road area from Rte 102 over to the 4-lane and including all of Ludford Subdivision.
