Kingsclear Local Service District Website
The Kingsclear Local Service District (KLSD) encompasses the communities of Smithfield, Newmarket, Longs Creek, Upper Kingsclear, Mazerolle Settlement, Ludford Subdivision, Lower Kingsclear, French Village, Oswald Gray Subdivision and Island View in Kingsclear Parish, York County, in the province of New Brunswick, Canada.
On September 29, 2015, members of a new Advisory Committee for the Kingslcear Local Service District (KLSD) were elected at a public meeting organized by staff of the Minister of Environment and Local Government. The event took place at 7 pm at the Upper Kingsclear Community Centre and thirty-five KLSD residents were present to vote. The newly elected Advisory Committee members will serve a four year term. The NB SPCA has partnered with DocuPet to issue rural dog licenses through an online registry.
Pet owners can now register them directly by going online to https://spca-nb.docupet.com/, or by calling 1-855-249-1370.
They can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once their pet is registered, pet owners will receive their license tag in the mail within 8 to 10 business days.
